Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained
1 t olive oil
2 t lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 t chili pepper
1/2 t salt
Directions:
Toss all ingredients into food processor. Blend well until it's a consistency you like. Serve with tortilla chips, pita wedges, or chopped veggies.
